Welcome to 247Rents
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and rental products. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To use our platform, you must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
2. Rental Agreement
By placing a rental order, you agree to:

Use rented items for the specified event purpose only.

Return all items in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Be financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items during the rental period.
3. Booking & Payment

All rentals must be paid in full before delivery.

Any rental that exceeds the agreed date on booking will incur additional charge for the additional day(s).

Prices include rental fees and also include additional charges for delivery and setup.

Service or Handling charges are also applied.
4. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made within one hour of booking confirmation are eligible for a full refund. No Refund After One Hour: After the one-hour window, cancellations are non-refundable. Rebooking Option: If you cancel after one hour, you may use the booking amount as credit toward rescheduling your event for another available date, subject to approval and availability. Modifications: Changes to your booking (such as time or date) are allowed but must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and approval by our team.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup are scheduled based on the times you provide.

You (or a designated person) must be present to accept delivery and verify item condition.

Additional charges may apply for inaccurate event date, or after-hours service.
6. Damage, Loss, or Theft

You are responsible for all rented items from delivery until pickup.

Any lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost.

Partial damaged items would incur partial charges.
7. Client Responsibilities

Ensure appropriate venue access for delivery and pickup.

Use all items in accordance with intended purposes and safety guidelines.

Notify us immediately in case of issues with the rented items.
8. Caution Fee
A Caution fee is charged on any of the rented item, to ensure safety of the items. The Caution fee is sent back immediately the items are retrieved and it’s in good condition.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials available on the 247Rents platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 247Rents. All services and listings provided through our platform are carefully curated to meet our quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.Service execution and fulfillment may be carried out by our trusted partners under our strict supervision and standards.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to cancel or deny services to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unsafe practices.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
